On the 13th june we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. On the 17th June our very close friends, Angela and Eric, invited us to Cruzzos for a meal.
Our experience was really special and we would like to say a big thank you to your staff and to the owners who we met by accident. The food was excellent and to our great surprise, we were given a bottle of champers on the house.
Later on the terrace I dropped the memory card from my camera and it went through the cracks on the deck. The electrician offered to help me to retrive same and commenced to remove the boards from the deck. I said that i hoped the owners were not watching and ,much to my surprise, was told that the friendly ladies sitting next to us were the owners but those lovely ladies had no objection to the boards being removed.
It was such a joyous and memorable occasion because of the friendlyness and professionalism of of a group of people who are a credit to Ireland and the hospitality industry.
I dont know any of your names but you will always be a very pleasant memory and we wish you the success that you deserve in the future.

I wish to sincerely praise your kitchen and service staff who contributed to my family having the most enjoyable occasion at your restaurant on Friday night July 17th.
We were a party of twelve who had traveled to attend a wedding in Malahide the following day. We had a great location in the restaurant with a superb view, food of a very high standard and were served by a young man who was a credit to his profession. This waiter, Noel, is the name of the top of my receipt was courteous, highly efficient and served us with panache! We had booked for 7pm but due to the traffic build up on Friday evenings, four of my family were delayed. Our waiter did not create a fuss. He suggested that we could wait to place orders taking the pressure off me. Eventually, when the group arrived, he allowed them to select the Early Bird Menu which was a significant saving for me. Many thanks to him for making the evening a success.
My thanks also to the kitchen staff for their co-operation. They are the ones in the background and without their culinary skills the dining experience would not have been so appreciated by all. Each diner heartily enjoyed the meal and the birthday cake was the tour de force! My adult son was delighted and again our waiter served us with style for the occasion.
We had a fantastic experience at Cruzzo's and we will certainly return when again in Dublin. Please express my praise and thanks to your wonderful staff.

I hope you are well. Olivia Nestor here. I had my pre-wedding get together in Cruzzos on Saturday night.
I just want to say thank you so much for the excellent treatment we received. I couldn't have chosen a better venue.
The whole thing went so well that I felt I had to let you know what a great night we all had and how grateful I am for the fantastic service we were given.
The food was excellent and our location looking over the water was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and I was just delighted with the whole night.
Thank you so much for all your help in organising the night.I was so glad that everything went as smoothly as it did. And of course,thank you for the three complimentary bottles of wine we received- they certainly went down well!
I really look forward to eating in Cruzzos again soon.What a great spot!

My sincere thank you to all of you for helping me organize a special celebration for my sister Sonya.
From the moment I rang to make my booking you made the process relaxing. When I rang, I could always hear the other person - no excessive noise which is typical when you ring some restaurants. Booking for 20-25 was no problem and increasing my numbers to 37 was no problem. I could pay the deposit over the phone, received my receipt promptly and was given my deposit back with no hassel.
The table setting was perfect. The food was divine and the selection agreeable to all. The portion sizes were perfect. The Tipperary folk were ecstatic about being given a pot of tea each!

Hello,my name is Brian O'Meara.On last Monday 29th Dec.My daughter Aoife married Ian Holmes and held their recption in Cruzzos restaraunt. When they decided to avail of your restaraunt they were inspired or blessed or both. It must be said that what Cruzzos provided has to rank on top of any wedding recption,or funcition I have ever attended. Everything associated with the event was brilliant.Food,service,staff the comfort of restaraunt. The staff for instance were top drawer.Nothing was a bother to them,they smiled and got on with their work, they were brilliant. Since the wedding I have phone calls,texts and e mails with compliments on Cruzzos. I have not heard a complaint or a bad word about anything. A great restaraunt like yours deserves the great staff you have. To sum it up I feel like we were treated like your best customers.

Well we went on Saturday evening and were very pleased with our experience in Cruzzo's. The ambience was good, the food was excellent and the young lady who served us was brilliant. It was a special birthday for my wife and she was delighted with the night. All the family and friends thought that it was outstanding, a really good experience.

I write to thank you and your team at Cruzzos for the outstanding service my guests and I received at a celebration dinner last weekend.
I had been in contact with a number of venues earlier this year, however, from the first conversation with Cruzzos, I was convinced that the service would be of the highest standard and I was not disappointed. Coming from a customer service management and training background, I fully appreciate the demands of the business and the importance of having the right team on board in order to ensure that you exceed customer expectations at all times.
As a Cruzzo customer, I found every interaction with your team to be highly professional,
yet personal. There are two people in particular whom I would like to acknowledge. Firstly, Emer in relation to the organisation and booking arrangement. Emer was extremely efficient, co-operative, most obliging and her attention to detail was impressive. In advance of the party, she simply could not do enough to ensure that the night was a great success.
The second member of your team who impressed me greatly was your manager on the evening, Dave. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, my party and I were made feel that we were the only customers present on the night. The service from the waiting team was efficient and discreet and the attention from the manager was second to none.
For me personally and for my guests, the evening was a great success. Many of the guests present hold senior management positions in well-known companies around the city and for some, it was their first occasion to visit Cruzzos. Suffice it to say that it will not be their last.
