Mecum Plays Homage to Roy Cats Lamborghini Car Collection

The exceedingly rare, rather unique Roy Cats Lamborghini collection will be gracing the Mecum Auctioneers Sale point in Seattle. The collection has been entered in the June 5th to 6th Seattle Auction.

Mecum Auctions is proudly presenting an exotic Italian Supercar collection in an auction hosting the John Wickey American Muscle Car Collection!

The Roy Cats cars, coming up for the auction are mid-engine V12 Lamborghinis. The vehicles range includes; a 1989 ultra-exotic Countach. The model is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. The collection also has a rare 2009 Murcielago Roadster with extra loadings and a 2010 Murcielago.

1992 Lamborghini Diablo

The car features a black exterior and a black leather cockpit with red trim. The car has tinted taillights, a rear wing, gold-painted brake callipers, and SV wheels with black-painted centres wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero. The 1992 Lamborghini Diablo recently underwent a serious uplift.

1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster

A supercar on display that features a special-order titanium silver metallic paint. The exterior paint perfectly matches the black leather interior. The vehicle is fit with mid-mount V12, five-speed manual transmission.

The vehicle has an aftermarket exhaust system and hydraulic front lift system perfect for ramp clearance.

2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT

The 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT comes in with 26,741 mileage. The car is finished in Giallo Orion, pearl yellow, painted alloy wheel and feature a black rear spoiler. Just recently, the supercar underwent an engine-out service overhaul.

The service was conducted by an authorized Lamborghini Service Centre. The car sits on striking cool, new Pirelli P-Zero tires. The car’s black leather interior features quality yellow accents and a carbon-fibre trim package.

2009 Murcielago LP640 roadster

A special edition-order supercar with a single owner. The car features factor options adding to more than $441,000 on the original MSRP. The rare 2009 Murcielago LP640 roadster features an E-Gear semi-automatic transmission connecting to a 6.5 litre, and a V12 631-horsepower engine.

Notable tweaking includes carbon-fibre engine brace, carbon fibre rear wing, after market exhaust and carbon-ceramic brakes with yellow-painted callipers. The vehicle has a black leather interior with yellow stitching.

The carbon-fibre accents are featured all over the interior. The car comes with records of up-to-date services. There is a copy of the original window sticker revealing the long list of factory-installed options.

2010 Lamborghini Murcielago SV

Debuting at no. 300 of the 350 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago SV models built, being one of only 42 vehicles on this kind in the United States, this is a rare supercar. The interior features leather elements, SV-Specific Alcantara and carbon fibres accents making the steering wheel.

The supercar comes custom fit with a gauge pod, E-Gear shift paddles, seat frames, and console and carbon fibre disk brakes painted yellow callipers.

A point to note: A 25th Anniversary 1989 Countach from the same Roy Cats collection will also be auctioned. The supercar is one of the only 658 produced models in the planet. The car is also part of the 187 models built in North America.
